Z系列硬齒面圓柱齒輪減速機是按JB/T8853-1999標準生產的外嚙合漸開線斜齒圓柱齒輪減速器。其產品包括單級（ZDY）、雙級（ZLY）、三級（ZSY）三個系列。

二、特點：

1.中心距，傳動比等主要均經優化設計，主要零、部件互換性好。

2.齒輪均采用優質合金鋼滲碳、淬火而成，齒輪硬度達HRC58-62。

3.體積小、重量輕、精度高、承載能力大、壽命長、可靠性高、傳動平穩、噪音低。

4.一般采用油池潤滑，自然冷卻，當熱功率不能滿足時，可采用循環油潤滑或風扇，冷卻盤管冷卻。

三、減速器型號、規格及其表示方法：

1、型號有：ZDY單級圓柱齒輪減速器、ZLY兩級圓柱齒輪減速器、ZSY三級圓柱齒輪減速器。

2、規格有：單級；80、100、125、160、200、250、280、315、355、400、450、500、560；
