　　全新型硬齒面大功率變速機，具有大轉矩范圍，采用單元結構模塊化設計可臥式安裝也可立式安裝。有實心軸、空心軸和收縮盤空心軸輸出。應用范圍廣,采用高強度優質合金鋼滲碳游淬火，具有高效率高壽命齒輪及高許用軸向，徑向載荷，運行噪音低，可靠性高，結構緊湊等優點。

二、特點：

◆ P、V齒輪箱采用通用設計方案，可按客戶需求變型為行業專用的齒輪箱。

◆ 實現平行軸、直交軸、立式、臥式通用箱體，零部件種類減少，規格型號增加。

◆ 采用吸音箱體結構、較大的箱體表面積和大風扇、圓柱齒輪和螺旋錐齒輪均采用先進的磨齒工藝，使整機的溫升、噪聲降低、運轉的可靠性得到提高，傳遞功率增大。

◆ 輸入方式：電機聯接法蘭、軸輸入。

◆ 輸出方式：帶平鍵的實心軸、帶平鍵的空心軸、脹緊盤聯結的空心軸、花鍵聯結的空心軸、花鍵聯結的實心軸和法蘭聯結的實心軸。

◆ 安裝方式：臥式、立式、擺動底座式、扭力臂式。

◆ P、V系列產品有3～26型規格，減速傳動級數有1～4級，速比1.25～450。

◆可與R/K/S系列組合，從而獲得更大的傳動比。

◆ Output mode: solid shaft with flat key, hollow shaft with flat key, hollow shaft with shrink disk, hollow or solid shaft with involute splines , solid shaft with flange.

◆P.V. series include sizes 3-26, number of stages is 1-4,ratio is 1.25-450. Combining with GR,S and K series, ratio will be higher.
