ZLYJ系列減速器是為塑料螺桿擠出機配套設計的高精度硬齒面帶推力座的傳動部件。產品設計采用了ZBJ19009-88所規定的各項技術規范。其特點是齒輪和軸類零件采用了高強度合金鋼材質。齒輪經滲碳、淬火、磨齒工藝加工。齒輪精度為GB10095-88,6級。齒面硬度HRC54~62。在空心輸入軸前端配置有大規格推力軸承，承受螺桿工作時的軸向推力。整機具有體積小、承載能力高、傳動平穩、噪聲低、效率高等特點。

三、適用范圍：

1.高速軸轉速不大于1500轉/分鐘

2.齒輪傳動圓周速度不大于20米/秒

3.工作環境溫度為-40—45℃，如果低于0℃，啟動前潤滑油應預熱至0℃以上。

4.本減速機可用于正反兩個方向運轉，但部分機型高速軸帶單向油泵，默認方向為：面對輸出軸，輸出軸為順時針旋轉。如方向改變，請在訂貨時說明。

The gear is processes by carburization, quenching and tooth grinding process. The precision of gear is grade 6 specified in GB10095-88. The hardness of gear surface is HRC54~62. At front end of hollow input axis there is large specification thrust bearing that will bear axial thrust force while the screw is working.
